Who am I?

👋 Hi, I'm glad to see you here.

Over the years, I've had bursts of blog activity followed by periods of inactivity. This time, I hope it'll last. 🤞

Since 2013, I've been working with SaaS products, handling various responsibilities (not necessarily in this order): Product, and Project Management, Customer Success/Experience, QA, Support, Marketing, Sales, Content, most often than not in combination.

My experience from before 2013 or the projects that I've been involved with besides my full-time job is a story for another time, though.

There's always at least a couple of books I'm reading, a new productivity tool or framework I'm testing, and for the past few years, I've discovered a passion for cooking (not totally unexpected, but definitely surprising).

My point is that I strive to always learn and try new things. But I've noticed that unshared knowledge is often forgotten and represents lost opportunities.

So here we are. It is what it is 🤷‍♂️
